I spent 3 years studying at the Hotel Institute Montreux, Switzerland. I graduated in 1994 and went on to work in some of the worlds top hotels. Always involved in the hospitality industry, I enjoy a smaller, hands-on and more personalised approach to working with guests and In Vine Style provides such an environment. I am passionate about both wine and golf...(the gastronomy part goes without question!) and have represented my country in winter sports at an international level. I have lived and worked in Switzerland, France, Spain, England and the USA, always returning to France, my second home. I would love the opportunity to share my passion for France with you as I will be your guide...
l am a well-travelled Canadian who has spent the past 7 years working & living abroad and have over 15 years experience in tourism and hospitality. I graduated from Carleton University in Ottawa, where I studied Journalism and took a post-university course in Hotel Management. Like Richard, I have worked in some of the finest hotels in the world including the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge and the prestigious Langham Hotel in London. At the the very hip, 5-star, Covent Garden Hotel in London, I managed the Events Department often catering to celebrities, musicians and film directors.
I enjoy travel, reading, cooking and in February of this year I took my first golf lesson and I now love the game!
